admiring experience
beautiful grounds super clean room friendly staff wide range
the hotel grounds are well maintained. the rooms were super clean, and i found the staff to be friendly. i appreciated the takeaway breakfast provided for our early departure. the breakfast buffet included a wide range of pastries, cheeses, meats, eggs, juices, coffee and tea.
the air conditioning did not allow temperature adjustments from the room.

the hotel is a beautiful, well kept old hotel. i noticed its charming surroundings near the pool area. it seemed a lovely spot to relax, eat and enjoy the poolside views. the pool itself looked clean and inviting.

the hotel is situated in trastevere, above the main city area. some restaurants are within walking distance, i found. the park nearby provided a striking view. the fontana dell'acqua paola is just down the street.

Acceptable stay, some issues
breakfast selection cappuccino demand view surrounding uncomfortable pillow poor soundproofing rooftop closure
The breakfast had a good selection of items. Cappuccino was made to order each morning. The location offered nice views of the surrounding area.
The pillows provided were not very comfortable. The sound insulation was poor, I heard noises from adjacent rooms. The rooftop area was closed .

the breakfast included many options and tasted good. the pool provided a refreshing break from the heat, though it was not olympic size.
the walls felt thin, and i sometimes heard noises from other rooms.
